Jennifer’s ‘71 Nova
Pretty much Jenn and I have rebuilt this car together, from paint, interior, down to refurbishing the trim. It’s now got a Vintage AC, Holley Sniper fuel injection, Long tube headers, and a Flowmaster stainless exhaust.
“WasJacks” Turbo Coupe Thunderbird
Originally built by my friend Jack, he installed the V8 swap from a ‘90 Gt Mustang. Unfortunately Jack passed away in ‘92 and didn’t get to finish his vision of what he was trying to build. March 13th 2016, June asked me to come over, and he asked if I would to buy Jacks car, I couldn’t refuse, so I did. From a paper that I also got with Jacks on handwriting, wanting a pro touring type build. I went work, in building a cool auto cross/track type suspension set up for it. The front I built a SLA (Short Long Arm) for it, with Menscer Motorsports coil overs. The rear setup at the moment is adjustable shocks, and lowering springs (Soon to be a 3 link, pandard bar, with Menscer Motorsports coil overs as well. I did build some sub-frame connectors for it as well. More to do, and there will plenty of pics.
Rumblez
My ‘84 GMC that I’ve owned for 24 years. Paint by Dan Hurley like 20 years ago, wheels/tires, lowered, caltracs, aluminum driveshaft, and I just re-built the BBC into one beast! Still working on the interior though.
TBC’s ‘90 Chevy Shop Truck
Back around 2005 I bought this truck off my Dad, and drove it stock. In 2010, I set out to build a fun daily air ride driver, and that’s what it was! So I put it on the jig table, set it at a 4” ride height, and began construction of new firewall back frame, lifting the front subframe up to make sure it would lay rocker. I never pulled the carpet out of the truck, just laid it back to put tubs in the firewall for clearance. The front control arms I built, raising the upper top arm mounting for correct camber while cruising 1” off down the highway. The rear 4-link I made (and yes those brackets are welded to that cast housing), and gas tank I built. The rear canter level, air tanks, compressor were done by a new employee, wanting to show me what he could do, Eric Powers (God Speed, R.I.P) The truck went from being primered with painted steelie wheels, to being painted black, flamed out by Robbie Lynch (Who worked for me) to being re-done, silver and billet wheels. This truck was a fun build, with little to no effort, to be driven for several years after until I traded, to get my ‘85 Turbo Coupe T-Bird back from Matt (God Speed, R.I.P)
Now for the new journey, Jonathan Barefoot who worked for me back at my first shop early 2004 or so, now owns it. I get it, make it yours, put your touches on it, basically what I told him when he called me saying he had the opportunity to get it! A lot of controversy as become of it, being that Jonathan is up on YouTube saying he was part of the build (He wasn’t) saying he helped Eric (With a lot of pride) build the canter lever set up (Still wasn’t working with me) says he choose the wheels, maybe went 22”. It’s funny, Eric Powers name always comes up, whenever he talks about the truck, but no Tim Bradham, guess we weren’t that close of friends after all…
“But knowing I’m the builder of your dream, Priceless” Tim Bradham
